[已处理] 买了赞助永久会员后无法升级

买了赞助永久会员后无法升级

是这样的，我看到自己还差一天会员过期，于是当天买了升级永久会员，但是当天系统出错，没有发给我邀请码。于是我第二天申诉了，之后再发给了我邀请码，但是我升级的时候它说必须在老会员过期之前升级才能用，现在我升级不了了，我认为造成这个原因的问题不是我。我买的时候我的会员并未过期，希望可以帮我解决这一问题。
